Resident Advantage Program- Apartments near Bluffton, SC

As a service to our residents, we offer a Resident Advantage Program whereby area businesses provide our residents with discounts. This Program is subject to change at any time and may be discontinued at any time with or without notice. Residents agree to hold Auston Chase and participating businesses free from any liability due to discontinuation of the Program, changes in discounts, or refusal to offer the discount.

All residents agree and accept the following terms and conditions regarding the acceptance and use of the Resident Advantage Cards:

1. Cards may not be distributed to unauthorized occupants. Only leaseholders and their registered occupants may use these cards.
2. One card per leaseholder will be distributed at move-in.
3. If not returned at the end of residency, a $10 fee per card will be charged upon move-out.
4. A replacement for lost cards can be purchased at any time for $10.
5. Management reserves the right to discontinue the Program for any Resident who is suspected of misuse of the card.
