What is your favorite time of day? I am a night person. I know this without a doubt because my mornings are tough. Just think bout it…Do you hit your alarm multiple times after it goes off, does a morning shower do you nothing for you, do move slow, miss breakfast, and go to work hungry. If you answered “yes” to most of these you are probably not a morning person.
